Blueridge Subdivision San Antonio Housing Authority Westside Reinvestment Initiative

The single and two story homes will start around $120,000 and will be sold to individuals who qualify for the Middle Income Homeownership Program, designed to help middle income families purchase a home.
Middle Income Homeownership Program requirements include:
Must not have owned a home within the past 18 months
Must be primary residence/owner occupied
Must be approved through a mortgage lender for a Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affair (VA), or Conventional mortgage loan.
Must be able to provide at least a 5 percent down payment of the purchase price. Down payment assistance programs are available, but at least 1 percent MUST be paid by the purchaser from his/her own funds.
Household incomes must be at or below annual HUD Income Limits
