Welcome to the new single-family homes on the beautiful Westside of San Antonio!  As a part of the SAHA's Westside Reinvestment Initiative, this subdivision will deliver affordable, modern homes to the growing community.  The single and two story homes will start around $120,000 and will be sold to individuals who qualify for the Middle Income Homeownership Program, designed to help middle income families purchase a home.

ELIGIBILITY

Middle Income Homeownership Program requirements include:

  • Must not have owned a home within the past 18 months

  • Must be primary residence/owner occupied

  • Must have completed SAHA's Home Buyer Readiness Education Workshopsor a SAHA-Approved Pre-Purchase Home Buyer Class

  • Must be approved through a mortgage lender for a Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affair (VA), or Conventional mortgage loan.

  • Must be able to provide at least a 5 percent down payment of the purchase price.  Down payment assistance programs are available, but at least 1 percent MUST be paid by the purchaser from his/her own funds.

  • Household incomes must be at or below annual HUD Income Limits
